Lets read it again ; ..For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: Romans 9:6 (KJV) So not all who descend from Israel are really Israel . Wow let that sink in . Who is the Israel of God ? Paul wrote elsewhere ; Galatians 6:16 And as many as walk according to this rule, peace be on them, and mercy, even upon the Israel of God. Wow the Israel of God looks to be the congregation of Jesus which is both Jew & gentile , they are the only ones who were even letting Paul preach to them so they could be saved . What did Paul say about the other type of Israelites ? It is written ; 14 For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, >even as they have of the Jews:< ( what exactly did the Jewish Paul write about the other type of Jew /Israelite ?) 15 Who -both killed the Lord Jesus, and - their own prophets, -and have persecuted us; -and they please not God, -and are contrary to all men: Wow , shocking isnt it ? Paul Goes on ; 16 Forbidding us to speak to the Gentiles that they might be saved, to fill up their sins alway: >>for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.>for the wrath is come upon them to the uttermost.
