Tip #1 - Jesus made people feel comfortable around him (even the Pharisees). Application: Be a bridge not a wall. Connect with and engage people socially, smile and be friendly with everyone. That’s part of our calling! Tip #2 - He was never in doubt about who he was or what he stood for. Application: Make it known early on that you are person of faith. The more time elapses before this is known and accepted, the more difficult it gets. Tip #3 - He experienced mixed reactions. Application: Be ready, some will withdraw or even criticize you for your values and faith. Some will however be drawn to you and out of these, some will make a decision because of the God they see in you. Prayer Focus Ask the Lord to cause your relationships with unbelieving friends to bear fruit for Him.
