The John Drake Memorial Scholarship Award for 2015 will be announced at a function at the AURFC Clubrooms this coming Thursday, 23rd October commencing 6.00pm. If you are interested in attending this function, there is still a chance, we dont want anyone to miss out. Email your interest to [email protected] or call the club on 09 528 0688 and we will lock you in. Tickets are $25 per head which includes some drinks and nibbles. You can pay on the night but we would really appreciate an indication that you are attending in advance for catering purposes. Once again there have been high quality applicants this year. Over the past 5 years the JDMS has risen in prominence to the point that it is now highly sought after by school leavers from around the country with a strong rugby and academic pedigree intending on enrolling at the University of Auckland.
