The Judge Program has identified recent actions on your part which are of concern, inappropriate, and unbecoming a judge or your level or role. Specifically, this concerns harassment of [redacted] on social media. A committee of Senior Judges (signed below) has investigated and reviewed the allegation and concluded that your behavior was inappropriate. Your role as a Regional Judge and Regional Coordinator carries an expectation that you will use appropriate channels to address problems you identify. Specifically, you participated in and encouraged the bullying and public humiliation of a fellow Judge. We need our program leaders to exhibit exemplary behavior. How you act is seen by others as something to emulate. In this instance your conduct was inappropriate to your role in the Judge community. This message is an official warning. No suspension or other action is being issued. Despite this warning, you remain a valued and trusted leader, and we do not expect this type of behavior to be repeated. However, future similar incidents will be considered repeat offenses and will result in appropriate sanctions.
