The Judiciary is the main and only problem of the country. More than 90% cases in judiciary the land administration (AC-Land) and (Bench and Barr), are directly and indirectly creator of all land related and ownership based cases. All cases are generated from the land ownership problem which the partisan AC(Land) is the master of those illegal fighting between the family, between the corrupt and criminal greedy political leaders and their relatives and cadres related. The Judges and Justices are pending land related cases with collaboration with the greedy criminal and corrupt Advocates and Barristers intentionally keeps pending the cases to generate more cases to be filled in Courts to get increase more their Monthly so called Hajjira (income) for each dates of the cases years after years, even untill 50/60 years, so many cases are in each and every courts of Bangladesh. Even for little exercise and hearing of a simple Preemption cases are keeping about 10-years without any valid reason, just for the income of the unfit, greedy partisan corrupt Judiciary people (Judges and his Peshkers, Advocates and Barristers and their muhiries (assistant of lawyers). Bangladesh Judiciary has now maintaining the most untolerable systems for both the Plaintiff and the accused. The partisan and greedy grabbers unfit Justices and Judges of the each court (higher or lower) and the Lawyers, Peshkers, Muhuries are unnecessarily keeping the cases pending only to receive their monthly payments from both the parties like their monthly pension money. There is none to look after the missery and sufferings of the general people both the victims and the criminal accused. There should must be a time-frame for settling the cases by the Judiciary based on the standard of Courts (for example, Sub-Judge Court-not more than 2-years, Judge Court-1 year, High Court-1 year and Supreme Court-1 year). The Judges who will failed to maintain the quality justices they will be fired after 3-disqualifing verdict made by the same judges.
