The KXL is not a talking point that I respected from Senator Ernst. It proved to me how out of touch The GOP is with the real world. They dont even know that Canadas big oil companies who wanted the KXL are now about to lay off or cut hours to tens of thousands oil workers for their premium oil fields and that The KXL because of its higher cost to refine is not needed. They will be cutting back or even off oil production till World Crude Oil prices rise again. Once The KXL is built if ever it will kill American truckers jobs who now carry that shale oil to Louisiana. Also it will kill The American railroad transport as well, and more. Canadas Big Oil companies all are downsizing because of the fall of oil prices and producing Western Reserve Shale oil to sell only to 3rd World Countries is not cost effective to bother producing it! That oil will not be any benefit to The U.S. because it cannot be used here legally because of its sulfur content.
