B) For Funds Raising, it was Agreed that Alexie Gurdiel was chosen as chairman for Raffles, authorized to Buy items for all the prizes from First to Fifth using his Own money (then pay him back from the proceeds) and solicits for consolation prizes; Incharge of printing the Raffle Tickets; In order for him and our Funds Raising be successful, we are asking All Officers, Novena Group Leaders and Members to Buy and Help Sell those Raffle Tickets; The Draw is held during Our Short Program on the Fiesta; C) Souvenir Program Printing For Funds Raising: We have agreed to ask Board Officer Mary Ann Laput Padilla to spearhead on this since we know that She had a hands-on Experience in this matter. The High-Tech meeting was very awesome..! Alexie Gurdiel personally was present. But most of the time, making use of cellphones..always in three ways..with Nancy, Yoyon and me on the phone until the meeting was adjourned around 10:45pm.
