The Kentucky Office of Mine Safety is losing 1/3 of their staff in order to grapple with steep cuts to their budget. Their budget was slashed by $4.3 million, more than any other state agency in Kentucky. KFTC believes we need comprehensive tax reform so our government can carry out its important work like ensuring that miners are safe! Where do you think Kentuckys priorities should be with our tax dollars?
