The Kenya Hon Justice Judges learnt in their Law School to always interpret the law using the three rules: i) The Literal rule. ii) The Golden rule & iii) The mischief rule. TOPIC Our nation no doubt is a wage economy where(by) funds for development are unavailable because hefty salaries & allowances annually have the first priority. Parastatal bosses countrywide will have their monthly pay slashed by 20%! If they rush to Court to injunct the govt therell be consequences. There are so many unemployed competent Kenyans who are ready to take the adjusted salary. Listen Jubilee will deal with parastatal bosses who take it to Court for slashing their salary. How?
