The Keystone pipeline, while creating 10s of thousand of jobs to construct will actually only amount to 30-40 full time workers once completed. in 2012 Nancy Pelosi stated (and rightly so) this will NOT bring a great amount of full time workers... THATS a FACT! Keystone isnt the employment boom everyone says it is, although in the short term is decent........ALSO FACT in Sept 28,2011 the Tonopah Solar company received a Loan from the Dept of Energy for 737 Million dollars to build a 110 megawatt solar plant in Nevada.. Also in the deal equity firm Pacific Capital group... with RON PELOSI , who sat on the board. He is the brother of Nancys Hubby. We must remember Nancy was correct that Keystone will not (in the long term) create any critical mass of jobs..... OH yes the Solar plant (which hopefully wont go belly up like the rest of them.... will create 39-42 Permanent jobs!!!!!!!!!
