The Kid And Now The Comic..... What was the cop thinking, Shooting to kill a young black boy, Arent we the taxpayers, Is it cops that we employ. What were you thinking. The laughter brought to us, Never thought you knew, Laughing till we cried, Turned happy from very blue. The public and fans never comprehend, The sun they see is your rain, Shocked at your death and departure, Cause they never knew your pain. Taking each moment and appreciating, It as though it were an entire year, Just as were all laughing with you, Maybe we should also shed a tear. The candles burn for you the cops killed and those that, May have taken their own lives in dismay, We think our lives are forever, And the lessons the dead teach are here to stay.
