The Knightsbridge chiropractic clinic was placed on the adjudication list as a complaint was made b the Nightingale collaboration about the use ot the term Primary healthcare practitioners. the ASA ruled in favour of this clinic as was rightly pointed out by the clinic that they were following guidelines set out by British Chiropractic Association, who use this term in their own code and who regulator Chiropractics in this country, possibly might have the edge on them. Evidently the CAP code wasnt breeched as this term was not Protected kingsbridgechiropractic.co.uk/
