The Knob A women goes to her doctor for plastic surgery. He tells her about the “Knob”. Simple procedure, we just place a Knob on the back of your head and when you need a little face lift, you just turn the Knob. Tightens the skin so you always look younger. She agrees to the surgery. Everything works wonderfully. After 30 years of using the Knob, she sees the doctor with two concerns. “I have these huge bags under my eyes that I can’t get rid of”. Doc examines her. “Those aren’t bags!! Those are your boobs!” “Ohh, she says, guess that explains the goatee.”
