The LaLanne Fitness CrossFit CLASS SCHEDULE is programmed for either STRENGTH or CONDITIONING. You will notice these classes alternate from one hour to the next. The STRENGTH WOD (Workout of the Day) is focused on mobility and strength progressions for all levels. The CONDITIONING WOD (Workout of the Day) is focused on skill work and conditioning. This allows our coaches more time to teach complex movement progressions, while members have more time to learn and see results. This feature separates us from other CrossFit gyms by adding incredible value across the board. Our members are now developing with safe exposure, increased frequency and gradual intensity. Advanced members will decide when they are ready to attend 2 classes in a row back to back or 2 classes in the same day. For example; on Monday (see below) you may choose to attend 6:30PM Strength and 7:30PM Conditioning. Youll find the entire class schedule HERE!!!
