The Lake Zurich Fire Rescue Department would like to honor the 9-1-1 dispatchers who serve our community. Many of our citizens have experienced firsthand the benefit of having someone answer their call for help; a professionally trained, competent, and compassionate 9-1-1 dispatcher who will set the appropriate emergency response into motion while offering reassurance and guidance until help arrives. Working 24/7, these public safety personnel provide the vital link between our citizens and the public safety responders. Thank you for all you do!
