The Land of Hope - Yarmouk 2014 A short movie about Yarmouk, the Palestinian Refugees Camp, it shows the suffering inside and outside the camp. The camp has been under siege almost continuously since September 2013, with more than 18,000 people trapped inside without access to anything. Some people have died of hunger; others have survived on grass and water with spices. Due to a brief ceasefire, it became possible for aid agencies to deliver aid items and medication and to evacuate some people in critical condition. However, they only managed to reach a limited number of people, and unfortunately the camp is now under completely siege more than one year until now.
