The Latest News & Training Opportunities From Thrive Bath Thank you to all those who came to the Me As Leader session last week – an interesting conversation on the role and function of us as individual and collective leaders. The next session is on 27 February 11am - 1pm and will explore the topic of strategic risk management (both personal and professional). We have several one day courses coming up in February that you or your colleagues may be interested in: - 5 February – Strategic Business Planning, looking at how and why we plan and how we can ensure that our planning has productive impacts for our organisations - 6 February – Value Added People, exploring how we manage our most substantial resource, people, as effectively as possible to add value to what we do - 18 February – Project Management, working through the principles and tools of effective project management - 6 March – Event Management, articulating effective structures for event planning and delivery using a range of tools And a webinar on 23 February on the theme of Creative Evaluation and ROI…..all can be booked via the Thrive Bath website. The conference programme for 30 March is confirmed with Sue Hoyle from the Clore Leadership Programme as our keynote and workshop sessions with the Natural Theatre Co, Unilever, The Audiences Agency, Oxford Innovation, MPAD and Literature Works on topics including high performance teams, programming for unconventional spaces, agile management in practice, digital marketing, audience development and fundraising. Tickets are just £20 (early bird until 11 February) and can be booked via the website.
