The Lautoka football side will be under no pressure when it takes the field to face Labasa in the Galaxy Premier League match this Saturday. Coach Lambert Sarju says Labasa may have the upper hand going into the match as they have already played a game but it won’t deter the Blues as they will be out for a win. “This is our first game. I suppose Labasa will have a bit of an edge over us in regards to the fact that they have played one league game already against Rewa last weekend and they will know their strengths and weaknesses. In comparison we haven’t played any games so far this year and this will be our first game. I also know the expectations of the fans will be very high as they want Lautoka to be a better team this year.” Sarju adds the experience players of Alvin Avinesh, Peni Finau and Zibraz Saheb will lead the westerner’s campaign at Subrail Park. The match kicks off at 1.30pm. In other games, on Sunday Rewa hosts Ba at Ratu Cakobau Park at 3pm, Suva travel to Prince Charles Park to play Nadi at 2pm, while Nadroga and Tailevu Naitasiri meet at 3pm at Lawaqa Park in Sigatoka.
