The Lead/Senior Structural Engineer (Malaysia / Singapore ) •Acting as a Senior Structural engineer on all structural engineering analyses, design, procedures and documentation, planning, materials and all other technical services essential to support the installation construction activities. •Ensure that the details included in the engineering procedures are fully understood by the Construction personnel and that all the project preparation is in order. •Prepares engineering estimates, and engineering proposals. •Works with other Structural Engineers and Designers on project structural teams. •perform design engineering, analysis and calculations for both in service, pre-service and construction stages • Interacts effectively with engineers in all disciplines, drafters / designers, project management team, internal and external customers. •Ensuring that detailing of both permanent and temporary works are in accordance with Clients fabrication standards, project scope of work, specifications, schedule and all inter-discipline requirements •Responsible for the quality and accuracy of engineering deliverables including design criteria, specifications, reports, studies, and insuring that structural design is accurately and completely represented on drawings. •Performs fabrication support engineering, and offshore installation support engineering. Experience: •At least 10 years in structural engineering related to offshore oil and gas facilities, including EPCI projects. •Registered Engineer (PE) with the Board of Engineers in Malaysia is preferred. •Proficient in SACS / GRLWEAP software. •Must be qualified in Civil / Structural Engineering or appropriate engineering discipline with a recognized degree.
