The League Against Cruel Sports and the Wildlife Aid Foundation (WAF) have today welcomed the news that a man has been reported for summons following a Surrey Police investigation after illegal gin traps had been placed in Guildford resulting in the deaths of two foxes. URGENT. ***Last minute development: Another trap was found, today. It was a heartbreakingly gruesome sight, as a fox’s paw was attached to the trap... This means that a fox is currently running scared on three legs, suffering immensely, or is dead. Keep an eye out for him or her and call our 24-hour emergency helpline: 09061 800 132 (calls charged at 50p per min, to help with funding) if you see this poor animal.
