The Learning Commons is seeking applications from students interested in joining the writing consultant staff! Consultants work with their peers on specific assignments as well as general writing concerns, and thus develop hands-on teaching experience. Most importantly, consultants help empower others to discover their greatest potential as writers. Required qualifications include an open mind, a willingness to learn, and an interest in helping others become stronger, more confident writers; a solid academic record, strong interpersonal skills, and a sense of humor are advantageous.
