The Libat------------------------------- Its not the breed of the dog that greatly bothered Joepil.Nor the size or the color.All these things hardly mattered to Joepil.It was the strange phenomenon of the dog being LIBAT or cross-eyed. Joepil sometimes spends some sleepless nights thinking why the dog is different.One Saturday he decided to ask a Vet about the problem and ask what could be done.At the Vets clinic the Doctor,whos name was Dr.Sibago, carried the dog and looked into its eyes.After a while, Dr.Sibago said,Ill have to put him down!.Joepil was shocked and asked,,,,because hes cross-eyed?.Dr.Sibago solemnly replied,BECAUSE HES REALLY HEAVY!.
