The Librarues are getting When school is out, the kids have something fun to do all Spring Break long. Just take a look at the lineup of programs in our Spring Break Happenings and Reading Guide. Check it out online, or pick up a brochure at your neighborhood library. Programs are free and designed for all ages—from babies and preschoolers to elementary, middle and high school teens. Movies, teen gaming, stories, arts and crafts, a luau party, balloon twisting, origami, St. Patrick’s Day-themed activities and more will be offered at various locations. Other highlights include: Wednesday, March 12, 2:30 p.m. – Reading with Sunshine Beaches Branch Library Bring the kids and let them practice their reading skills with Sunshine, a golden retriever therapy dog who’s very patient and loves to listen to children read. For kids up to age 12.
