The Liver Meeting in Boston was a huge success for PSC Partners. There were many important take aways, but the greatest one was that there is increased interest in PSC now that Hep C has been resolved and top researchers are looking for a new challenge. A PSC session that never gets more than a sprinkling of people was full house! We talked to many eager researchers. I dont have all the pictures, but from the few I have, you can see that we sponsored an AASLD award to the most promising PSC researcher. Dr. Roger Chapman visited our booth and chatted with us. Many hepatologists from all over the world came to our booth and agreed to help us. Everyone stressed the importance of having an international patient registry! You can see the crowds everywhere in the Hynes Convention Hall. I will share more news soon. There were only good news for PSC!
