The Long Coat German Shepherd Dog club of GB I can understand why some might not want to join this club for various reasons and they are probably the same reasons given when looking at the lack membership within of most GSD Breed Clubs in the UK. The main reason is YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO, you can enjoy your hobby of Exhibiting and Breeding dogs without a membership to any GSD Breed Club. Not sure if this is right but we won`t go there !! The reason for this post is that in the last few days it has come to the attention of those trying to gain membership that some people are seeing it their duty to tell people not to join.?? Anyone giving out this advice not to join please find time to contact any of the committee members letting them know why you are so against the progress of a newly formed club . Finding hard working individuals to serve on committees in this day and age is not easy let alone undermining all the work they are putting in to get this off the ground.
