The Lord spoke to me this morning and I have come to learn that when He speaks to us we should listen. He spoke to me a year ago this month, about starting this page and I just let it fall by the way side not adhering to His gentle voice promptings. Once again this year, same month, He spoke to me again. God has been speaking to me lately about how we can place limits on our lives by not following His will and purpose for our lives. We may become complacent, lazy or just comfortable where we are in life or perhaps we just stand defiantly against his promptings because we feel we have all the time in the world to follow God. Why should we follow God now when we can follow Him later? Let me do what I want to do now. Some of us may even feel like we believe in God and a higher power but when it comes down to actually following and believing His every word in the “Bible” and standing on them then it somehow becomes a different story. Although I am very excited about this page and I can foresee great things happening through it, I’m still not sure what His ultimate plan is. All I am sure of…is that He is the Administrator and I am the tool that He is using to fulfill His ultimate purpose along with anyone else who so chooses to do so. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want limits on my life. I want all the blessings and healings I can get. Right thinking equals right living! Right living equals right thinking! If we can accomplish something in our own power and strength...then it is not of God. God makes all things possible...His power and strength through us!
