The Lubbock Master Gardener Program is a volunteer development - TopicsExpress

The Lubbock Master Gardener Program is a volunteer development program offered by Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service to provide current, research-based home horticulture information to the people of Lubbock County and the South Plains. We work with Texas A&M AgrLife Extension agents Mark Brown (Agriculture, pictured left) and Vikram Baliga (Horticulture, pictured right). As Master Gardeners, we extend the reach of Marks and Vikrams consumer horticulture education programs through volunteer activities including our own educational programming, activities, and community projects. Through our participation, and due to the quality of the research based information available to us through the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension, Master Gardeners also increase our own personal knowledge in horticulture.
