The MS game today did not end up as a winning game by scores, but in other ways, it was a winning game for the girls. They had some really great plays this afternoon, which proved that they have come a long way. At the beginning of the season, we would not have had girls digging up balls, setting balls, and spiking balls over the net. But, in the game tonight, we had several plays like that. I am so proud of these girls. The JV team played one of the best games they have played so far. The noise on the court was amazing. The plays were even more amazing, and the scrappy playing that the girls were pulling out showed that they want to continue on a successful streak for the rest of the season. If they will continue to play just like that for the remainder of the 2013 season, there is no telling how far they can go this year. Again, I am honored that I get to coach this great bunch of talented girls! You girls rock! Keep rocking the court! Oh, and for those who are not aware......Our girls are 12-1 in the conference. And, overall, the girls have a record of 18-1. That is amazing! No matter what the rest of this seaosn holds, there is no disputing the talent that is on this 2013 Durham Flight JV team.
