The Management and Staff of Epic Photo Ops would like to take this opportunity to apologize for our temporary sales outages that occurred today for all photo op sales directly related to this year Canada Fan Expo. We take your satisfaction seriously and are extremely disheartened that this outage has occurred. We are very happy to announce that the issue has been identified as a database connection spawning and the affected servers have been migrated. We would like to announce at this time that all sales will launch again on Saturday August 18th at 12:00 EST. Please be aware that although we anticipate no further issues, there is always the possibility of slowdown due to higher than expected traffic volume. We will monitor operations constantly as we have done today and do our utmost to guarantee you the highest level of satisfaction that you, the client deserve. For all customers who have any issues at all related to financial transactions attempted earlier today, if you have any issues with payment processing for those orders contact support@epicphotoops and we will assist you with priority service.
