The Marina del Rey post office in the Waterside at Marina del Rey shopping center on Admiralty Way will close for good at noon today, with a new post office opening Monday at Marina Marketplace. The new Marina del Rey post office, at 4325 Glencoe Ave., will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays, United States Postal Service spokesman Richard Maher said. The P.O. box lobby will be accessible 24 hours a day and there will be no change to P.O. box holders’ addresses or zip code. Postal officials had announced in February that the Admiralty Way post office would be relocated because its lease was not renewed.
