The Meek shall inherit the earth. This appears now to have been a translation error. It would appear that it is the Geek and not the Meek who are about to inherit the world. There has been a quiet silent revolution brewing... One that WILL change EVERYTHING. The implications of this are not going to be realised for a little while - tho the infrastructure is all in place already. This is a bit like the early days of the internet... Where everything was already in place to replace say Magazines, The world of Music or the printed press. In a similar way the following has happened while we have been waiting for some external revolution. 1. Bitcoin. This IS already in place. We can buy and sell these now - or use them to purchase goods. This technology, when fully realised WILL take over from debt based Bank issued credit. This WILL mean the end of ALL charges... Once we move fully to a mathematics-based currrency, the banks will fold overnight (or find another role to play). The implications of this are limitless. 2. Bitcoin 2.0. (This one goes a little above my head thus far, so my explanation may not do it justice). Apparently the Bitcoin technology has the capacity to replace ALL trust based AND middle-man based transactions. Instead of relying on a person or an organisation to tell us a result, we now have the technology to rely on the Blockchain (The technology behind Bitcoin). This has the capacity to replace ALL contracts, as well as the entire voting system. It will also allow voting on daily issues - meaning that we can include ALL points of view without relying on an organisation or individual. 3. Crowd funding platforms. These have been set up - in some cases with the ability to spend a new currency into circulation. This new currency will be tradeable for goods and services as well as other currencies. This has given such crowd funding platforms UNLIMITED access to resources!!!! The implications of this are completely mind blowing!
