( One table my be A,B,C, the next one might be B,C,A ) First Course - by Happy and Hale Walters Harvest Salad: arugula, roasted butternut squash, dried cranberries, walnuts, goat cheese and fresh pressed orange honey vinaigrette Main Course A - Prepared by American Meltdown Slow-Roasted Chicken Cochinita Pibil Fried Brussels sprouts & cilantro lime aioli Main Course B - Prepared by Porchetta Rosemary and Juniper Berry Brined Pork Loin Fluffy pimento cheese polenta cakes Main Course C - Prepared by Chirba Chirba A selection of fresh made Dumplings. * Juicy Buns - Juicy pork-filled steamed dumpling. * Bayside Chive - pork dumpling with Chinese chives, carrots and cabbage * Veggieling - filled with 3 types of mushrooms, carrots and scallions. Vegan-friendly. Served with along with a Dim Sum side item.
