The Messenger of Allah [swt] Prophet Mohammed Mustafa SAWW said, The animal has six rights over its owner: (1) Once the owner has dismounted the animal, he should allow it to graze (2) He should give it access to water if they pass by it (3) He should not hit the animal except when it truly deserves it (4) He should not burden it with a load that it cannot bear (5) He should not over-task it with a journey that it cannot endure (6) He should not sit on it for lengthy periods of time. (Mustadrak al-Wasail, v. 8, p. 258, no. 9393) ♥اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وآلِ مُحَمَّدٍ وعَجِّلْ فَرَجَهُمْ ♥
