The Messenger of Allâh (ﷺ) said: “The believer will never have enough of listening to good things (seeking knowledge) until he reaches Paradise.” [al-Tirmidhi (2686) al-Haakim (4/129)] Allâh knows best the latitude of my longing for the scent of brothers as I would bypass them on the street. I want to greet whomever of them I want with the greeting of peace (al salaam ‘alaykom). This society is ice cold and I get proofs for that in my everyday life. I notice things I would never experience in the Islamic brotherhood. Allâh knows best, my longing after a land fully based upon shari‘a! Oh my brothers, how I wish we could adhere to good things when Allâh lets us meet. Let us give each other advises and tell each others about stories of the Salaf (righteous predecessors) . Excessively joking and arguing are two things that removes the purity of the heart; in such cases I prefer being alone. Let us reduce how much we laugh and preserve it for the next life.
