The Metropolitan Center for Mental Health (MCMH) is recruiting an experienced clinician (LMSW, LCSW, Ph.D. or Psy.D.) to fill this full-time administrative position at The Metropolitan Center for Mental Health in Manhattan. INTAKE COORDINATOR: The primary job duties involve: - Overseeing the phone screening process for new patients applying for psychotherapy - Reviewing high priority referrals - Overseeing the Intake interview process - Reviewing Intake reports to determine eligibility for therapy at MCMH - Reporting at-risk patients to the MCMH Disposition Committee - Assigning new patients (and transfer patients) to therapists The position comes with a competitive salary (based on experience), health insurance benefits, paid vacation and paid sick days, and a pension.
