The Miami Dolphins have announced two additions to its executive leadership team today, Dan Caspersen will oversee the organization’s human resources department and Joe Cicini will oversee the organization’s security efforts. Both Caspersen and Cicini are respected industry leaders in their fields with a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success and results. Additionally, Brandon Shore, who started his career with the Dolphins in football operations and most recently served as the team’s Finance and Legal Affairs Specialist will now work in human resources as a dedicated resource for the team’s training facility.
