The Michael Diskin Arts Bursary will be awarded to a new or emerging artist/arts group for an original idea that will culminate in a performance piece - in the broadest sense of the word. We are open to a wide range of ideas within this concept - be it a new play or musical performance in a traditonal theatre setting, or other performance which might incorporate, drama, music, dance or other artistic form that can be performed in a different arena - outdoors or indoors. The key is to submit an original and engaging proposal that will culminate in a shared cultural experience. Applications should be sent to: info@diskinaward, before Friday, 5th September, 2014, 5pm.
