The Michael H. Cole Building Wins Gold PRISM Award for Most Innovative Green Design from The Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) The Michael H. Cole Building was built by Cape Associates and is named in honor of Cape Associate’s former president, Michael Cole who led the company for three decades. The building was designed by Brown, Lindquist, Fenuccio & Raber Architects, Inc. of Yarmouthport. ZeroEnergy Design of Orleans and Boston provided the HVAC design, energy modeling and consulted on LEED certification. The Most Innovate Green Design award was given to the team that demonstrated significant efforts to incorporate green design elements and construction practices, either on the interior, exterior, or community grounds of a project. Entries were judged on the best use of green elements during the construction phase of the project. The Michael H. Cole Building is currently undergoing LEED certification.
