The Michigan Assistive Technology Program is taking a closer look at the issue of mobility equipment (wheelchairs, powerchairs, walkers, etc.) and trying to find out more about the users experience with obtaining their equipment, maintaining their equipment, and servicing their equipment for repair. The ultimate goal is to get mobility equipment users better connected with resources and information to ensure equipment is working well for them.
