The Mid-Level Skills Training Project, funded by the ADB and GoTL and implemented by SEPFOPE, undertook a huge data collection project during the last month to find out peoples opinions and current understanding about youth vocational training and employment. They surveyed 700 people and interviewed 47 more in Dili, Liquica, Baucau and Cova Lima, and will use the information collected to devise a Technical & Vocational Education & Training (TVET) Communications Strategy for 2015.
