The Minecraft Diaries, Day 4: During last night the familiar moaning and footsteps came as i expected but there was something else out there this time... i heard some strange noises and a resounding *pop* as if something simply disappeared. There was no getting sleep tonight so i decided to be productive in my time. I have crafted an array of weak flimsy wooden tools but they will have to do. i made a pickaxe although it is hardly capable of breaking stone, i made a woodcutting axe that barely holds together but will cut small trees, i also made a shovel it wont last long but i will be able to dig slightly faster. i used my pickaxe and shovel to hollow out the area around me and found the ground to be rich with ores! i easily harvested some coal and even found iron. i will hold onto it for i know i will need it soon. On another topic this world is extremely strange... my pockets seem to be able to hold much more than they should and anytime i break something it turns into a little square block and becomes weightless. Something else i have noticed is i am able to survive solely on food. I have no need of water or to conduct other... bodily activities. I have come to a full circle and discovered that i am on an island. I will begin to construct a boat and save more food so that i can try to voyage to a larger land.
