The Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development is seeking nominations for Regional Development Australia (RDA) Committee Chairs, Deputy Chairs and Committee Members in New South Wales. RDA Committees form an important link between the community, business and the Australian, State and local governments, providing advice on critical issues affecting economic development and enhancing local awareness of Australian Government programmes. RDA Committees assist community stakeholders to develop project proposals and shepherd them to appropriate public and/or private funding sources, lending their skills to strengthening the economic prosperity of their region.
