The Minister of Health is unable to provide a list of NGOs who have been the beneficiaries of sponsorship. In fact, objection is raised by the member for Port of Spain South who said that she is shocked that the Minister is providing these details in a block. The Minister then became angry and both members of parliament started to argue. The Minister said it has been done before not to give all the details.
