The Ministry of Culture cannot be serious about preserving and developing culture when the countrys main performance hall, the National Cultural Centre has been without a working Air Conditioning system for well over 6 months. Now the NCC accommodates close to 2000 people at full capacity so you can imagine what takes place when there is no AC. The Minister of Culture and his Ministry ought to bow their heads in collective shame. You have high rated productions like the Mother and Daughter Pageant and the Link Show being forced to rent fans and mobile AC units and still have to pay the NCC its full rental price. I swear I was in a sauna last evening. Despite the best efforts of the producers to bring in fans and mobile ac units, the place was still too hot. Frank Anthony and his Ministry cannot be serious but then again these folks have been doing a good job at destroying just about every main cultural event in this country all by themselves. GET IT FIXED FRANK !!!
