The Mission Statement of the Russellville Rural Fire Department We will continually strive to exceed our community’s expectations in the area of emergencies and non-emergency incidents We exist only to care for, protect and serve our communities and its citizens. We will help prevent loss of life, personal injury and property damage. We will do this thru emergency response, department training, fire prevention and community education.We will provide emergency medical services at the level of basic life support that will enhance the health, safety and well being of our patients.RRFD vows to fulfill our obligations professionally by allowing only firefighters of excellence character, the up most integrity, honesty and self sacrificing character to be a part of our organization.All members regardless of rank or position will recognize that every action reflects on all members of the department both past and present. We will protect our image and continue to build a premier Fire department to protect our communities and its citizens……
