The Mission in Lacroix Haiti has seven schools with more than 3,500 students. They provide education, meals, uniforms and all the educational material the students need. It’s a tremendous effort to maintain, manage and fund all of this. One of the avenues of financial support for this effort is the CHILD SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM (see more about this at friendsofhaiti.org). There are three very talented interpreters who work diligently in this office to keep the 1,200 American sponsor informed of their child’s progress. Eddie, shown here in this picture, JR and JD are amazing young men with a real commitment to their faith and their people.
