The Mittfords trick, was to get a commanding position on the board of the company he just bought a huge share of equity in...then, bring in other Bain members to that board.....Next, they would vote huge dividends for each share.....soon, with NO reinvestment, company bled dry....they would simply: Fold up the company, sell off the remaining pieces for a song....take their 2-3 years of massive dividends + re-imbursement for Bain Capital Management ....sevices . Vampires. I have made a study of Mitt Romneys methods.
