The Mountkelly Lane (on the Carlow-Wicklow border) is a nice quiet place for a cycle. Unfortunately, slovenly scumbags also feel it’s a nice quiet place to dump the refuse from their slovenly hovels. A few bags of rubbish (plus an old mattress) were dumped here several months ago. On New Year’s Eve I counted about 6 dumping sites. So today I went back with a pair of rubber gloves and had a quick sifty. It’s amazing what you learn about people’s lives from their rubbish, especially the stupid ones who put all kinds of personal information into bags they illegally dump. As well as the snippets I gathered, I’m told some of the residents have car registrations to pass on to the authorities. So, if you know any slovenly scumbags who dump their slovenly rubbish on the side of the road please warn them that Mountkelly isn’t a safe place for their scumbaggery and that they may be hearing from Carlow County Council in the foreseeable future.
