The Museum of Contemporary Art presents Tuesdays on the Terrace - a live jazz series that happens every Tuesday between now and September 24th. Eastern Blok brings their “Balkan Fusion” to the stage on July 2nd. This Chicago based pan-cultural ensemble effortlessly blends classical and jazz music with the rich folkloric traditions of Macedonia, Bulgaria, Serbia and other counties in the Eastern Block of Europe. The resulting music is as alluring as it is complex. Come on out and bring a blanket or your favorite folding chair OR you can rent one for just $5. It’s Tuesdays on the Terrace –at the MCA.
