The NADJ North East & Cumbria branch of the National Association - TopicsExpress

The NADJ North East & Cumbria branch of the National Association of Disc Jockeys (NADJ) hold their AGM tonight at Darlington Rugby Football Club from 7pm. The AGM element should only take a few minutes as there are three candidates put forward for the key roles and they are unopposed. Andrew Dykes from Paladin Innovations makes a welcome return to the North East with his range of fantastic DJ booths. The quality of the products are second to none and many DJs have upgraded to them after seeing them at our meetings. Rob Moore from ChauvetDJ UK is also heading to Darlington and he will, as ever, have a great selection of their popular products on show. Gary Kenny will have a presentation on Twitter, as it was recently brought up that many DJs just dont know how to use that social media channel to its full potential. Mike Stead from Phase One is the branch supporting retailer. As this is a branch AGM, the meeting is free. It doesnt mean that there are no costs involved in hosting the meeting. Far from it, the costs are still there and if any DJs take advantage of the refreshments, we hope that they will show their appreciation. The free entry to the branch AGM may be the last one at the North East branch. If members wish to carry out their democratic duty to elect the branch officials, that could take place in the first thirty minutes of the gathering and they can go on their way and allow the rest of the meeting to continue with the cover charge to help pay for holding the meetings.
